Leave the page and return through Saved analyses. Work runs in the background. A failed run exposes a retry action.

A claim looks wrong

Open its sources and send the report URL and disputed statement. Company claims are distinct from verified counts.

A page has no history

History starts at the first retained reading unless older captures are available. Refreshing cannot invent a historical record.

Sign-in or billing

Check your spam folder and request a fresh sign-in link if the old one expired. Paid checkout remains unavailable until live billing is configured.
